2025 Rugby League Program of Excellence
Burpengary State Secondary College have introduced a Rugby League Program for both female and male students. From 2025, this program will be integrated into the Year 7, 8 and 9 HPE curriculum, allowing students the opportunity to have dedicated time to allow them to pursue success in alignment with our college mission.
The Rugby League Program of Excellence classes will develop skills while learning about many other aspects of the game. One of the primary goals of the program is for students to benefit from high-quality coaching delivered by staff who have a vast experience through representative pathways, club coaching and experience within the most elite school competition pathways in Queensland.
In the program, students will have the unique opportunity to participate in competitions such as the Elite Broncos competitions, NRL sanctioned competitions, and/or the National School Girl Cup.
