​How to make a payment

The BSSC finance window is open from 8:00am -11:0​0am Monday – Friday. Payments can be made at any time via QParents, BPOINT, Qkr! app or EFT. When making a payment via EFT please allow 48 hours prior to the due date to ensure payment is accepted.

Credit Card Online – QParents/B-Point - only accept Visa or MasterCard

Please note this option is only available after the invoice has been generated:

  1. Enter the link https://www.BPOINT.com.au/payments/det in your web browser
  2. Enter CRN from the bottom of your invoice (without the correct CRN, your payment will not be transferred to our College)
  3. Enter the invoice number you want to pay
  4. Enter your students name
  5. Input the amount to pay
  6. Choose the card type by clicking on the appropriate icon
  7. Complete your card details

QKR! App

This app is available for download to your mobile device. Please note that payments for non-core activities received through the Qkr! App can only be applied if the student is eligible for the activity.

Credit card phone payments – QParents/B-Point - only accept Visa or MasterCard

Please note this option is only available after the invoice has been generated:

  1. Phone – 1300 631 073 and follow the prompts
  2. Enter CRN from the bottom of your invoice

Direct Deposit - Internet Banking: Direct Payment into College Bank Account

Remember that Internet banking can take up to 3 business days to transfer to the College depending on your bank.

Use your students EQ ID code from your invoice or statement as the reference

Email receipt and advise of breakdown for payment to accounts@burpengaryssc.eq.edu.au

In Person: Payment by Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash, Cheque or Money Order

EFTPOS facilities are available. (Amex is not accepted). Payments can be made Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 11:30am at Executive Services.​
