Subject Description
Drama in Practice gives students opportunities to make and respond to drama by planning, creating, adapting, producing, performing, interpreting, and evaluating a range of drama works and events in a variety of settings.
A key focus of the course is engaging with school and local community contexts and, where possible, interacting with practising artists. Learning is connected to authentic industry practices and opportunities, promoting future employment pathways while preparing students to become agile, competent, innovative, and safe practitioners.
Students develop the skills to work collaboratively, solve problems, and successfully complete project-based work across a range of contexts.
