On the last Friday of school - Friday, September 15th - we're coming together for a special cause. It's a gold coin donation, free-dress day, and it's all about raising funds for suicide prevention. Let's make a difference!
Here's how you can participate and show your support for RU Ok? Day:
Wear YELLOW! 💛 Yellow is the color that symbolizes RU Ok? Day, and by wearing it, you're sending a powerful message of care and support.
Please remember our dress code guidelines:
- Wear enclosed shoes for your safety
- Opt for sun-smart shirts to stay protected
- Avoid offensive slogans on your attire
- No to midriff tops or short shorts for this special day
Remember, your generosity matters! We encourage everyone to bring a gold coin donation to help us support suicide prevention efforts.
If you choose not to donate on the day, formal uniform will be required, or a uniform detention may be issued.
Let's come together as a school community, make a statement in yellow, and contribute to a cause that can make a difference. Mark the date on your calendar, and let's make Friday, September 15th, a day to remember!
Let's show our support, spread positivity, and ask the important question: RU Ok?
